The cargo tipper buggy has been conceptualised, designed & developed at the Group. With this concept and technology, it puts into perspective using EV buggies in sectors which have not yet embraced an environment-friendly mode of moving cargo. Customised for one of our international partners, the USP of this product is its ease of handling. Technologically advanced and with dedicated switches for tipping functions it enables smooth and timely movement of materials. With a cargo capacity of 500 kgs, the rear side door opening has been designed with a 25 degrees tilt for ease of use, and having been developed and designed for international use, it meets all the necessary requirements. This product has extensive in-campus applications for horticulture, garbage disposal and other industrial applications. The tipper size can be customised to suit the application requirements and helps reduce operation times resulting in higher efficiency.
Stylish Aero buggy at Delhi T3

Innovation and advancement in technology is of key importance to Maini Group. Though the pandemic has disrupted almost every sector, the R&D wing at the Group strives to design, develop and introduce innovative products. Pioneers in buggy technology, the Group has supplied the product to several sectors including airports, President's House & Parliament, railway stations, national parks and botanical gardens among other venues, has designed a novel buggy which has been customized for its specific use at airports. Keeping in mind the convenience of travellers and in an endeavour to make Duty Free Shopping more comfortable and interesting, the Maini Group has conceived, developed and manufactured this buggy exclusively for the Delhi T3 terminal. Specifically meant for use in the Duty- Free zone, the Aero buggy, which is named aptly, changes the dynamics of travel and shopping at airports. For starters, it acts as a mobile duty-free outlet through which travellers can shop for their desired goods. The unique concept is designed to help travellers to easily select and buy on the go. The Aero buggy is set to go operational in Delhi soon. Over the next 12-18 months, the Group aims to introduce this across other international terminals in the country.

The award ceremony was held during the 5th Edition of Cold Chain Strategy Summit at Mumbai on 17th June 2016.
